Do pre-refresh and 2024-refresh Puma dashboards differ for mounts?

Yes. The 2024 refresh added a larger portrait touchscreen that dominates the centre stack; pre-refresh cars had two smaller displays with more empty dash beside them. Adhesive mount placement shifts to the vents or the sloping dash below the screen on refresh cars.

Is the Puma Gen-E dashboard different from petrol Puma?

No. The Gen-E is a battery-electric version of the same body with the same interior. Mount fit is identical.

Are Puma vent slats horizontal or vertical?

Horizontal on the centre vents. Universal vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.

Does the Puma have factory wireless charging?

On ST-Line X and Vignale, yes - a Qi pad on the centre console. Titanium and ST-Line do not have it as standard.

One thing many buyers miss

The Puma’s dashboard has an unusually deep upper surface for a B-segment SUV. Adhesive dash mounts placed on the top of the dashboard sit far from the driver’s eye line - almost too far for quick nav glancing. The lower centre-stack zone or a vent-clip mount is usually closer and easier to see.

• Pre-refresh (2019-2023) or 2024-refresh - screen size and adhesive zones differ.
• Vent clips must be horizontal-slat-compatible.
• If your car has Qi charging (ST-Line X, Vignale, Gen-E), a MagSafe or Qi-coil mount can charge and hold at once.
